Dr. King is an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in hand and microsurgery. He completed a hand and microvascular fellowship at the University of Louisville.

Frank Underwood, PT, PhD, ECS Physical Therapist & Certified Clinical Electrophysiologic Physical Therapist |
Frank holds a doctorate of philosophy degree in exercise physiology from University of Missouri, a masters degree in physical therapy from U.S. Army-Baylor University, and a bachelor of science in biology from Central Missouri State University. He is a professor of physical therapy at University of Evansville and teaches at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, Utah. He is a physical therapist with board certification in clinical electrophysiologic physical therapy. His memberships include the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), Orthopaedic Section of the APTA, Clinical Electrophysiology and Wound Management Section of the APTA, and the American Physiological Society.

Gussie Stefanich, MSOTR, ATC Occupational Therapist & Certified Athletic Trainer |
Gussie holds a master of science degree in occupational therapy from the University of Southern Indiana and a bachelor of science in physical education with a specialization in athletic training from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. She has been certified as an Athletic Trainer by the National Athletic Trainer's Association. She is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and is pursuing an AOTA specialization in hand therapy.
