Physical Therapist & Certified Clinical Electrophysiologic Physical Therapist

Frank holds a doctorate of philosophy degree in exercise physiology from University of Missouri, a masters degree in physical therapy from U.S. Army-Baylor University, and a bachelor of science in biology from Central Missouri State University. He is a professor of physical therapy at University of Evansville and teaches at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, Utah. He is a physical therapist with board certification in clinical electrophysiologic physical therapy. His memberships include the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), Orthopaedic Section of the APTA, Clinical Electrophysiology and Wound Management Section of the APTA, and the American Physiological Society.

Worker's Compensation Liaison

Julie Holbrook joined Orthopaedic Associates in May 2005 as Worker's Compensation Liaison. As the worker's compensation nurse, Julie is responsible for coordinating patient care with case managers, employers, insurance companies, and doctors, as well as ancillary providers. She is a 2001 graduate of the University of Southern Indiana School of Nursing. Before joining Orthopaedic Associates, Julie was an Industrial Nurse at AK Steel.
