Although it was obvious Mrs, Kline was busy, she still took time to answer my questions and describe the anatomy of my knees and help me understand the pain before suggesting steroid shots.

Able to get an appointment without too much wait time. Staff was courteous. Dr. Czaplicki and his team made hip injection as pleasant as possible.
